At our October 25 Roundtable, SANDAG Chair and Escondido Mayor Lori Holt Pfeiler said that policymakers need public input to retool San Diego’s economy, schools, and food supply.
What are the best ways of getting reliable public input?

• Public meetings
• Mail-in survey
• Face-to-face interview
• Telephone interview
• Social media (email, blog, Facebook, Twitter)
• Other?

  1. Do not use telephone interviews. Those are a waste of time and money. Nobody likes getting those calls at dinner time.

Perhaps email surveys are easiest and most effective. Everyone uses it, it is anonymous, and it doesn't take a lot of time.

For me, I'd be most likely to respond through
    1)Email
    2)Face to Face
    3)Public Meeting

I doubt I would respond to the others.
