Do not use telephone interviews. Those are a waste of time and money. Nobody likes getting those calls at dinner time.
ReplyDeletePerhaps email surveys are easiest and most effective. Everyone uses it, it is anonymous, and it doesn't take a lot of time.
For me, I'd be most likely to respond through
1)Email
2)Face to Face
3)Public Meeting
I doubt I would respond to the others.
